The World Responds to Your Vibration

The World Responds to Your Vibration

At every moment the world is responding to us. Whatever kind of energy we are emitting will echo back to us and fill our reality with more of the same. If we want to change our reality, then we need to work from the level of thought. The most powerful way of doing that is working on the level of silence in meditation. A silence that is filled with spiritual vibrations. In mediation with a connection to the Divine, we are connecting to the highest possible pure vibration. We are activating more and more of our innate pure qualities. These vibrations are unseen and created by the quality of our consciousness. They shape the atmosphere around us and influence the way the world responds to us.

If we want to change our reality, then we need to work from the level of thought.

Our words, habits and character are visible, but our attitude, perception, feelings and thoughts are not seen. If we are feeling happy then our words will be kind, if we are feeling content and full, we will be generous and giving. On the other hand, if we are feeling empty, we will have nothing to give. If we lie, we will be lied to. If we love we will be loved. If we cheat, we will be cheated. If we criticise, we will be criticised. If we give peace we will receive peace. Every thought we have and word we speak and action we perform – the world reflects it back to us perfectly.

High energy is produced by our positivity. The vibration of spiritual love, sympathy, confidence, gratitude – make us feel more energetic and happier. Our vibration drops when we feel anxiety, anger, fear, jealousy or hatred. This drains the will to do anything or put plans into action. Many young people seem to have lost this ‘will’ – they have no way of kickstarting and implementing their creative plans. No sense of purpose no motivation.

Only we can build our self-belief – no-one else can do this.

A clear example is in sport. Sport is a mind game. There is not a great deal of difference in terms of technique and ability for those at the top of their game – but the winners are those who stay focussed and keep believing in their ability to win. Only we can build our self-belief – no-one else can do this. The more winners win, the more they continue to win. The more we receive positive responses to our high energy the more we will continue to receive more of the same.

By staying with high vibrations, we are more likely to attract positive situations and positive people around us. Low energy will attract more negativity. Spiritual vibrations are the subtle energy radiated by our consciousness. Consciousness is the inner state of the soul. In Raja Yoga we refer to soul consciousness, which is when, in that awareness, we are totally in control of our thoughts, feelings, intentions and beliefs and this shapes how we see ourselves and the world.

We can raise our vibrations with meditation and with spiritual honesty.

We can raise our vibrations with meditation and with spiritual honesty. People hear what is behind our words. So, we take care to speak with sincerity and good wishes. If we are able to perceive that we are not feeling what we are saying or thinking, then we must use acceptance of that mismatch so that we can choose to change the vibration. Otherwise, our relationships will not be fulfilling or honest.

We need to try to stay positive, happy, generous and kind. David R. Hawkins’ map of consciousness shows that the highest consciousness of all is one of, what he terms, the spiritual paradigm. This is vibrations of peace, bliss, joy, serenity and love. When we are in the state of spiritual love and our love encompasses everyone, we feel full, enthusiastic, willing, wanting to engage powerfully with life and have the will to put this pure consciousness into action.

The law of resonance – when I constantly radiate scarcity, complaint, judgement, insecurity – I begin to see more of this (echo) in my life.  The same is true for the positive that I radiate.

The way we see ourselves silently communicates what we believe we deserve, are open to receive and how we allow others to treat us. The law of resonance, (from the Latin word ‘resonare’, meaning ‘to sound again’ or ‘echo’) says, when I constantly radiate scarcity, complaint, judgement, insecurity – I begin to see more of this (echo) in my life. The highest vibration comes from a clean heart; let me remain truthful, speak gently, forgive quickly, look for virtues in everyone and practise meditation to keep the flow of goodness in my consciousness. Meditation clears the way for us to resonate on ever higher frequencies. We can build a life where every thought is filled with love, every word is full of kindness and every action creates harmony.

It’s Time … to raise your vibration.
