    Each one of us can have a unique experience for ourselves by creating our own personal silence day, taking time out to become introspective.  When we create a sincere intention to go deeply within the ‘self’ we can discover some new insights about our self.

    Each one of us is responsible for the state of our mind, for our thoughts, feelings and attitude.  As souls, conscious energetic beings, we are transmitting vibrational signals all the time.  During the day many thoughts pass through the mind, this is why it is important to check the quality and nature of our thoughts and feelings. The mind is an instrument of the soul, our job is to learn how to master the mind.

    Taking the time to become a mindful cook is something that will be worthwhile experimenting with. When we eat food cooked from the heart then we can feel that love that is there in the food.  We call that good old fashioned mother’s cooking and for good reason too.  It is actually the love that sustains us the most.

    We have to not just fall into our feelings and then react to what we ‘feel’, but we need to be conscious creators of our thoughts and feelings.  And we can do this with one single thought.  Just create a peaceful thought and we become peaceful. Create a doubtful thought and we become a doubting Thomas. Create a fearsome thought and we become full of fear and anxiety.
