It’s time

Annually on the 8th March we celebrate the International Women’s Day. This a day in celebration of women all over the world.  Women comprise about half of the world’s population, but sadly women do not always experience the respect and equality that is their due in society. Ironically, in times of crisis and need both men and women call upon the aid of the Shaktis.  Just like the Shaktis, so many angels have been depicted and remembered in their female form of love and power.  

…create your intention for the week to cope with every challenge that comes your way by using these daily Love Challenges, and see them as helpful tools.  Give yourself both space and time to sit and ‘be’ in meditation, contemplation and silence, and begin to invite love into your life in an active way.

When we have a big heart, we open the doorway for blessings to come our way. Sometimes we are not exactly aware of how much power we have within and around us.  We need to be reminded that we are powerful beyond belief.  And today I am going to remind you just how powerful you are.

The date is February 14th — coming soon.  For some people it will be either the most romantic day of your year, or the most dreaded one.  You will either come to love the idea of V Day, or you will hate it.

In this time of lockdown and what for many people can be described as social isolation, perhaps we can learn a lesson or two from Brahma Baba. In his time he was a spiritual pioneer, and that was during the early 20th Century.  But, Brahma Baba’s strength of character and his spiritual insights have not been diminished by time.

One of the key factors to transforming his life was the ability to use the power of silence through the practice of meditation.
